ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) Training on client specific domain and tools.
(b) Responsible to handle backend work.
(c) To work on Mentorship programs.
(d) Providing training on process of Recruitment.
(e) Preparing & giving presentation.
(f) Manage work under pressure and in an unstructured environment.
(g) Maintain schedule adherence (leave planning, shift timing, batch schedules)
(h) Above all or any other requirements provided by your Reporting Manager.
(i)Responsible for Quality Audits & Call coaching sessions.
(k) Giving training on soft skills & leadership.
(l) Above all or any other requirements provided by your Reporting Manager.
