Talent Acquisitions Specialist:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process through to successful hire with a strong focus on direct, candidate identification and sourcing of talent
• Provide effective administrative support through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Responsible for collaborating with different parties to create effective recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent
• Accountable for managing and updating requisitions through to completion including real time system updates
• Support marketing or industry events, community networking as required
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and support APAC TA strategy as required
• Proactively maintain and enhance your knowledge of Baxter to ensure you are continuously evolving your business understanding and knowledge

Candidate should have
- 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Prior experience in Finance & Tech hiring is good to have
