- Arranging investor meetings: would be responsible for coordinating and organizing meetings between Corporate, Research Analyst and institutional investors. This involves managing schedules, sending out invitations, and ensuring the smooth execution of meetings.
- Facilitating communication: would serve as a liaison between Corporate, investors, Research and internal teams. Your role would involve maintaining regular contact with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Organizing roadshows, Conferences and events: would play a crucial role in planning and executing roadshows, investor conferences, and other corporate access events across Asia. This would involve coordinating logistics, scheduling, managing guest lists, and overseeing event coordination.
- Managing databases: would be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date investor and corporate database, ensuring client and corporate information is updated and readily available to internal teams.
- Providing administrative support: You would assist senior team members with various administrative tasks, including preparing presentation materials, managing travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Client relationship management: You would build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Staying updated on regulations /internal policy: should stay informed about relevant market regulations, compliance policies, and industry guidelines to ensure client activities align with legal requirements.
