Position - Technical Writer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research with subject matter experts to grasp complex technical concepts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product or system to effectively communicate its functionalities.
- Create, edit, and proofread user manuals, guides, and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain accurate and up-to-date information for documentation.
- Organize and structure content in a user-friendly manner, considering the needs and knowledge level of the target audience.
- Update documentation in ServiceNow software
Minimum Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in technical writing or a closely related role.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative tools for documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical information and translate it into user-friendly content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and meet deadlines effectively.
