Title: Workday Recruiting User Support/Functional Analyst

The analyst will be responsible for user support troubleshooting/issue resolution and Workday Recruiting maintenance. The role will work closely with TA Global Technology Lead and technical teams to ensure successful maintenance, optimization, and user support for Workday Recruiting

Primary duties:
. Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 user support to global Workday Recruiting users; troubleshoot user issues, track and analyze user issues, recommend opportunities for process or operational improvements
. Develop and execute functional testing scenarios for change requests, system enhancements and releases
. Participate in Workday major release review and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality
. Maintains testing and change management documentation to satisfy company’s internal and external audit controls
. Develop and maintain process documentation, training content, and help guides
. Complete user audits and summarize findings for remediation
Please note: This is not a technical role and will not be involved in configuration or integration setup. This role is more focused on functional user support and functional testing.

Schedule: Full time; 2nd shift/evening (ideally 4pm-midnight) to overlap with global colleagues(Supplier to manage shift allowance)

Key Skills:
WD Analyst with ~3 years of experience. The position will primarily focus on WD Recruiting user support, resolving issues that require elevated access (merging duplicates) and testing.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of HR technology and production user support experience; at least 1 year experience in Workday Recruiting required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong focus on end user experience
• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
