Job Description
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the US Accounting Department For Misc Projects
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones,.
- Entering all credit card Transactions in QB
- Tracking all credit card Receipts from Various Credit card Holders
- Handling communications with vendors via phone and email,
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies with credit card Transactions and receipts.
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with work experience.( Preferably 1-3 Yrs. Work experience with US Companies)
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
