Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the  US Accounting Department For Misc Projects
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones,.
  • Entering all credit card Transactions in QB
  • Tracking all credit card Receipts from Various Credit card Holders
  • Handling communications with vendors via phone and  email,
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies with credit card Transactions and receipts.
     

Accounting Assistant Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s  degree in related field with work experience.( Preferably 1-3 Yrs. Work experience with US Companies)
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
