Job Description:

  • Initiate different product accounts on systems.
  • Responsible for coordinating with different team like but not limited to risk, sales, documentation etc. to get the accounts opened
  • Expertly navigate the Client organization, across divisions, to deliver timely and accurate issue resolution which may include communication with senior stakeholders within Ops and the BU.
  • Organizing and prioritizing account on-boarding for live trades
  • Develop and enhance client relationships, by providing exceptional levels of client service.
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings with key senior managers at our clients and BU
  • Participate in projects and initiatives that will further advance the Onboarding strategic vision of providing value added services to our clients.
  • Work with global counterparts and contribute to global initiatives or discussion relating to client projects or change initiatives
  • Stakeholders reporting/meetings/communication
