What You’ll Be Doing

In this role within the Transition Management Team you will be responsible for leading global outsourcing/offshoring projects to Global Center (GC) locations. You will partner with business units in the execution of their deployment plans, delivering projects in the most efficient, structured, manner and will play a key role in developing appropriate reporting to support their endeavors.

 

You will drive interactions with senior stakeholders from BUs across the Firm to ensure that CES executes on commitments, and will rally project participants from across the firm to deliver projects, on time, and to budget.

 

 

You Will:

· Lead and drive projects providing project management support for the entire lifecycle of a Transition, ensuring that all project related deliverables are met, and project status reporting is implemented. Develop comprehensive Project plans to be shared with Business units and relevant stakeholders.

 

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to project manage global deployments with all business units impacting Asia & EMEA. Working with BU Send and Receive Managers in a proactive manner to ensure all transition steps are successfully completed and that projects are managed on time, and to budget.

 

· Build relationships across the firm with supporting functions, including Operations, Tech and Data, Finance, HR, Corporate Services and Compliance. The candidate will be expected to leverage these relationships to resolve project risks and issues as they arise to ensure a seamless delivery of each transition.

 

· Establish the project management tools and processes for each transition, including setting up and chairing the appropriate project governance meetings

 

· Strong PMO skills, able to provide oversight for programs/ projects, report data and provide insight to PMs and stakeholders about project delivery and performance.

 

· Demonstrate a strong emphasis towards data integrity, tracking and reporting progress of each transition under management, to plan appropriately whilst ensuring risks and issues are identified, escalated and resolved

 

· Collaborate with the TPPM Global Outsourcing Control (GOC) team to ensure deployments are shepherded through the Intake Form process and have all Regulatory approvals in place prior to go-live

 

· Provide project management support for the entire lifecycle of a Transition, ensuring that all Legal and project related deliverables are met, and project status reporting is implemented.

 

· Proactively works towards Transition Management group goals, including process improvements and development of project management toolset.

 

· Develop strong relationships with the global officer community across Property Management, working to deliver against CS goals and objectives whilst proactively socialising the work that the Transition Mgt team are engaged in.

Our Team

The Transition Management team sits within Global Centers & Workforce Strategy organization in Corporate & Enterprise Services, the primary role is to assist business units execute on deployment plans when considering how a business should be staffed and located. The team work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and subsequently transition roles to offshore, near-shore and vendor sites, executing in the most efficient way, whilst remaining all aligned to the Firm’s long term growth strategy.

 

The Transition Management Team primarily manages projects on behalf of Firmwide Business Units, deploying roles to Client’s Global Centres (GCs), and to 3rd party vendors. These GC’s include: Baltimore, South Jordan, Utah, Alpharetta, Budapest, Glasgow, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

 

The Transition Management Team is responsible for developing relationships with Sending and Receiving Managers whilst project managing each transition. The group also providing advisory services to internal stakeholders, addressing risks and issues as these arise across deployments. Cross divisional interaction is key to ensuring a successful transition.

8.Must have skillsets – Project Management, PMO, ability to produce MS Powerpoint reports, basic excel skills, client facing (co-ordinating between multiple stakeholders), good communication skills

9.Good to have skillsets – Background in Technology, self-driven, can handle multiple projects
