Description of Role – BDS

We are looking for a career-minded professional with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Business Development Services (BDS) team. This role resides within Global Marketing for the Investment Management business unit. This role is ideal for those who have a talent and preference for organizing and coordinating information and workflow, as well as completing client questionnaires.

Key responsibilities

As part of the Global BDS team, the individual is responsible for the following:

  1. Mange the front-end BDS process to include timeline adherence, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring cases are routed to the correct internal team members.
  2. Work with BDS leadership and Salesforce team to identify Salesforce gaps and needs and perform duties, as requested.
  3. Help facilitate sales onboarding to Salesforce via continuous trainings.
  4. Complete DDQs and liaise with Sales, Product Specialists, and other relevant departments to collate required information.
  5. Work with global teams to ensure high quality documents are completed on a timely basis.
  6. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively project manage tasks.

  3. Effective, proactive communicator with exceptional English writing and public-speaking skills; capable of interacting with colleagues at every level and across functions and investment teams.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Up to 2 years of experience and familiarity with Salesforce and Qvidian / Loopio/ any proposal software is preferable.
  3. Key attributes include communication, commitment, team spirit, and collaboration.
  4. Ability to analyze data and generate recommendations for improvements.
