Scrum Master:

·         Scope:

·         Qualifications:

o   Team work;

o   Proven previous experience as Scrum Master

o   Coordinate Agile Ceremonies (Release Planning, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demo, Retrospective…);

o   Familiar with Agile Roles and its responsibilities (PO, SM, PdM…);

o   Sprinting model ;

o   Pro-active;

o   Skilled to resolve impediments and issues, remove roadblocks for the team;

o   Constantly pursuing to build high performance teams and ensure Agile practices are adopted;

·         Desired: previous exposure to SAFe, CSM and/or SAFe certified;
