·         Qualifications:

o   Team work;

o   Business Engagement (understand and translate needs into IT requirements);

o   Proven previous experience as Product Owner

o   Coordinate Agile Ceremonies (Release Planning, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demo, Retrospective…);

o   Familiar with Agile Roles and its responsibilities (PO, SM, PdM…);

o   Sprinting model ;

o   Pro-active;

o   Create Epics, Features and User Stories ;

o   Product Backlog creation, prioritization – full ownership;

o   Test and validate stories, software deliverables;

o   Helps to drive product evolution;

·         Desired: previous exposure to SAFe, CSPO and/or SAFe certified;
