Department Profile

Client Investment Management (Client IM), together with its investment advisory affiliates, has $1.5 Trillion in assets under management or supervision as of March 2024.  Client Investment Management strives to provide outstanding long-term investment performance, service, and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to a diverse client base, which includes governments, institutions, corporations, and individuals worldwide.


Client IM has embarked in the integration and redesign of the Client IM global public facing websites.  Bringing in the different brands, business unites and technologies into a single/integrated platform.  The project scope include the redesign of all webpages, decommissioning of legacy sites, migration to a new AEM platform, implement new workflow/component to create efficient in website management, entire new UI/UX system to support the delivery of Client IM unique propositions and stories, and a centralized governor framework that create consistency in all aspect of our digital platforms management. The Project Manager must lead and coordinate the team’s overall performance, scope, timeline, and deliverables. He/She must deliver timely and efficient status reports, drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing, Marketing IT and other marketing stakeholders - to identify interdependency of various functional and technical tasks for the Client IM Web integration project, including all aspects of project planning and management
  • Liaise between different Digital Marketing Workstream leads and IT Development leads, to align understandings related to website integration, data and other website development related matters
  • Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders of a project, including business owners/users, project team, consultants, and vendors, by pro-actively manage meeting minutes, project timeline and document/log decisions
  • Assist in the management of resource allocation of Digital Marketing team across different locations and phases of project delivery
  • Pro-actively follow up on project items and daily operations
  • Assist in the preparation of Standard Operation Procedures and arrange knowledge transfer of the new digital platform to rest of the marketing organization
  • Implement effective support and operational processes to ensure efficient support of global & regional website QA, UAT, rollout and deployments
  • Help define and document the scope, requirement, work plan, quality, risk and communication plan for the website development project
  • A good team player with strong analytical/trouble shooting skills, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise project stakeholders and project teams to achieve project goals

Skills desired

  • Degree holder of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, web technology and project management roles
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading projects involving multiple internal or external stakeholders in various geographic locations
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
  • Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred
  • Professional credentials in ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred
  • Professional credentials in AEM Cloud preferred
  • Good understanding of AEM Content Management System essential. Hands-on experience using AEM as CMS to manage website/colleterial preferred
  • Prior experience in project resource/team management of 20+ people
  • Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional team project delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience in using PM tools to implement waterfall and agile methodologies
