Job Title: Integration Specialist (Fieldglass and ATS Integration)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist to lead the integration of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with SAP Fieldglass. This role involves setting up and managing connectors, automating data transactions, and ensuring smooth data flow between the systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Fieldglass, strong technical skills, and experience in global contingent workforce management. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for working with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Setup and Management:
    • Lead the setup, configuration, and management of connectors between the ATS and SAP Fieldglass.
    • Create secure endpoints for data exchange and manage the integration architecture to support real-time data flow.
    • Implement data mapping, synchronization processes, and ensure accurate data transfer between systems.
  • Configuration and Custom Development:
    • Utilize Configuration Manager access in Fieldglass to manage integration settings and customize workflows as per business needs.
    • Develop custom configurations to enhance system functionalities and support unique business processes.
  • Automated Transactions:
    • Configure and oversee automated transactions, including job requisitions, candidate submissions, onboarding processes, and reporting.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data transfer processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Technical Documentation and Compliance:
    • Document all integration processes, configurations, and workflows in detail.
    • Ensure all integrations comply with global data protection regulations and internal security policies.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, HR, IT, and end-users, to ensure alignment and clarity.
    • Provide training and support to internal teams on the integrated systems and their functionalities.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to leverage additional expertise as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified SAP Fieldglass Application Associate or similar certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Fieldglass integrations, particularly with ATS platforms.
  • Strong expertise in the end-to-end contingent workforce management process, including requisition management, sourcing, onboarding, time and expense management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing connectors, data mapping, and transaction automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional SAP modules such as SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of global data protection regulations and best practices in data security.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and tools.
