Job Description
CDRR's mandate is to enable the Firm to manage its technology and data related risks through implementing proactive, comprehensive and consistent risk management practices across the Firm to protect the franchise while capturing business opportunities. The TRG Metrics Governance team are recruiting for a Technology Risk Metrics and Reporting specialist to support an existing, mature team with expanding requirements and remit.
Primary Responsibilities
· Analyse risk indicators to identify and escalate appropriate issues for management attention
· Production of multiple senior management metrics and risk commentary reporting materials on a monthly and quarterly basis to satisfy regulatory requirements
· Perform investigation of highlighted risks to identify and facilitate resolution of potential issues in support of reporting
· Produce ad-hoc MI reporting by extracting, cleansing and analyzing data
· Product ownership of MI tooling, owning responsibilities for managing the design and enhancement of a Qlikview dashboard including performing a BA role with key stakeholders such as developers and users.
· Quality assurance of management reporting, presentations and Business Intelligence tooling
· Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to understand business needs and translate these into fit for purpose business requirements for tooling and process improvements
· Proactively engage with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation
· Utilize data analysis tool sets to analyse and interpret information, identify root causes of problems & draw conclusions
· Support internal, external and regulatory audit responses in relation to technology risk reporting and metrics as required
· Work with policy control owners to enhance policy compliance metrics. Periodically report on the status of metrics to the policy working groups. Identify root causes for violations and define action plans for remediation.

Required Skills
· Educated to degree level in relevant subject (e.g. Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Management)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulae)
· Strong problem solving skills
· Experience of working with other Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Experience of stakeholder engagement at different levels of an organization
· Experience of working with Business Intelligence tooling (e.g. Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau)
· Experience of working in agile development process from business owner perspective. Familiar with jira creation and conveying requirement to developers.
· Accurate, tenacious and delivery focused mindset with good attention for detail
· Comfort working with multiple deadlines and managing ad-hoc priority tasks
· Comfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues

· Technology risk / control qualifications (e.g. ISACA/ IRM etc).
· Operationa Risk knowledge with an ability to identify risk
