Job Description: Operations / Data Analysis

Our team supports divisions across Operations including Technology and Operations COO, Product Operations, Wealth Management Operations, Investment Management Operations and Firmwide Operations. We are responsible for resource management transactions and reporting, working with senior business management stakeholders, and various business processes including staffing plan updates, labour budgeting, recruiting facilitation, vendor management and resource onboarding.

Partnership with stakeholders in Operations, Technology, Sourcing, and Human Resources- Exposure to wide range of business processes & stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities: -

  1. Effectively coordinate with management to ensure resource transactions are approved in line with policies.
  2. Process resource transactions in a timely fashion, according to the daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
  3. Support various headcount processes by liaising with hiring managers, HR, and vendors as required to ensure projections are accurate.
  4. Actively manage controls and approval processes around recruiting/onboarding of positions in alignment with headcount and labour spend targets.
  5. Work closely with project portfolio team to translate project demand into systems while managing against workforce strategy constraints.
  6. Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems of record by addressing data exceptions- Partner with technology to work implement efficiency/process enhancements.

 

Skills Required: -

  1. 3 to 5 years’ experience as a business analyst, project coordinator/manager or procurement.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in building dashboard analytics.
  3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills: ability to communicate with internal and external partners cross-divisionally clearly and concisely.
  4. Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key stakeholders.
  5. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and capable of setting direction.
  6. Good problem-solving skills.
  7. Exposure to labour budgeting processes and concepts
