Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Jaipur
Note:
- Specific/ mandatory skills: Basic knowledge of Lending Servicing, Banking Financial Good communication skills, Working knowledge of computer / excel / email
- Experience range: 0-2 Yrs (Loan- Servicing)/ Ok with freshers as well
- Open to considering fresher candidates (Yes/No): Yes
- Open to considering relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No): No
In case candidate has good experience and deep product knowledge of Lending servicing, (Varies on individual’s experience and expertise)
- Contract duration: 8 months
- Shift timings: Night Shift / US Shift (6:30 PM / 7:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM / 4:30 AM IST) – This is a must to check. 50% candidates in interview say they are not comfortable with night shift. So such CVs must not be shared as this is a waste of time for all of us.
- Number of days work from office: At present 2 days per week however it could be changed as per business/management strategy. Candidate must be flexible as per requirement.
- Notice period: preferred candidates with maximum 30 days notice period with current organization.

Description:
IPB Lending Operations (Banking) team is part of Wealth management which takes care of Loan deal build/origination, Loan Payments, receivables, Invoice Generations, Auto debit setup, Loan reporting and reconciliations for International Private client’s.
Your key responsibilities
- Generating the outstanding Invoices, Fund Transfer, Reconciliation of Accruals vs Outstanding Payments of lending business
- Sharing the Invoices with Client over e-mails or mails.
- Adjustments of Interest rates in Deposit account when required.
- Preparing of automated and manual reports on outstanding Documents and sharing with business,
- Keeping a track of outstanding document on loan account. Following up with business for submission.
- Identifying a business risk and report it to respective stakeholders.
- Prepare an action plan to mitigate risk and close the outstanding risk items withing deadlines.
- Handling Audits requirements with explaining the process and providing documents.
- Training new staff and keeping documents updated to process and Audit requirement.
Your skills and experience
- Experience in Lending Business is required.
- Must understand U.S. based Lending products.
- Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required.
- Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected.
- Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.
