Background on the Team:


We are looking for career-minded professionals with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Business Analytics and CRM team as a Data Integrity Associate. The role specifically supports Client Global Distribution sales efforts by ensuring the division’s CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate.


Primary Responsibilities:


The primary responsibility of the role is to update & maintain client contacts within the CRM application to optimize data used for sales and marketing efforts while meeting compliance requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain executive information in CRM database
    • Validate executive profile through research techniques
    • Update & maintain client related referential data & set-ups within the CRM applications
    • Reviewing & updating firm hierarchy data
    • Data cleansing & quality initiatives, mapping and resolving data discrepancies in CRM systems
    • Handling requests from Sales Teams
    • Work on large scale projects / enhancements & integration across different systems

    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
    • Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
