Title: Sales Coverage Support Junior Analyst

Location: 4-4A Western Tower, Sunny Side, Shafi Mohammad Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai

 

Note:

  • Specific/ mandatory skills: Soft skills( Good Communication skills) and preferably some experience in Banking/ financial services/ client servicing.
  • Experience range:02-03 yrs
  • Open to considering fresher candidates (Yes/No): No
  • Open to considering relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No):  No
  • Maximum CTC (Excluding service fees and GST): 6 LPA
  • Contract duration: 8 months
  • Shift timings:  09:30 am -06:30 pm
  • Number of days work from office: Monday to Friday (all weekdays) and first, third and fifth Saturday.

 

The Job description/ summary is as follows.

  • The Service Analyst works with the Sales team to support them in their client facing activities. 
  • The Service Analyst will not undertake any revenue generating activity.
  • The Service Analyst may analyze client and market data, create presentation material, and facilitate interactions with new and existing clients to allow the Sales team to make efficient use of sales opportunities.
  • Support work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. 
  • Assisting with the client servicing of the ongoing relationships with Sales Coverage team..
  • Service Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team in their client facing activities.

 

Work includes:

  • Working with the Sales team for the support required 
  • Partnering with sales coverage team for client services, operations staff and with other business areas to both gather information and direct client enquiries.
  • Should be well versed with the KYC requirements, handling transactions like outward and inward remittances etc.
