Essential Duties and Responsibilities.  This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work.  The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

 

We are seeking an experienced Tidal Admin/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Managing Tidal Admin and Scheduling

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tidal Admin:

 

àExperience/Understanding of Hosting Tidal on AWS Cloud

à Expertise in AWS Cloud (EC2, RDS, Load balancers, NFS, Security groups. Subnets, Networking)

àExperience in Installing the Tidal Master on Unix

àExperience in Installing the Tidal Client Manger on Unix

àExperience in installing Tidal Agents on Unix and Windows

àTroubleshooting the Master/Client Manager/Agents

àHandling the P1/P2 priority calls

àExperience/Understand of running the SQL Queries

àExperience in using SSL for Client Manager

àExperience in Managing Vulnerability and Audit

àExperience in Migrarion.

 

Tidal Scheduling:

 

à Perform general supervision, implementing, maintaining and scheduling workloads and event-based processes.

à Perform analysis, design and implementation of batch processing workflows using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.

à Responsible for implementing job streams with complex dependencies and managing complex calendar schedules using the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.

à Responsible for overseeing the restart and rerun of all production jobs, creating and maintaining accurate documentation, including all job dependencies, and the development and maintenance of standard operation procedures.

àResponsible for the organization of workloads in the operational environment.

à Understand the impact of changes to job processing and adjust schedules modifying as necessary for scheduled maintenance, etc.

à Responsible for changes to IT production environments, managing change control documentation as changes are made, managing the change control meetings and communicate changes to IT services and business users who are impacted. Document all changes.

Good technical skills in Technologies used and experience in all phases of Scheduling jobs in Control-M and during maintenance. Good analysis and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good Knowledge on Configuring system and troubleshooting the problems related to it. Good team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities

 

Education and/or Experience.  Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

Any bachelor’s degree or

Bachelor of Technology (4 Years) in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Experience

 

·         Any bachelor’s degree or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology

·         Sound Experience of 8-10 years in Control-M Scheduling/Admin

·         Fluency in English is mandatory

·         Strong technical documentation skills, Good oral and interpersonal communication skills

·         Experience working within team-oriented, collaborative environment
