Job Description

• Managing calendars / meetings of Senior Management in Bangalore and coverage for Mumbai in absence of Mumbai admin

• All New Hire Candidate Procedures for Bangalore and coverage for Mumbai in absence of Mumbai admin

• Candidate Introduction meeting set up with the Managers

• Managing the seating for Bangalore and coverage for Mumbai in absence of Mumbai admin

• Managing all Administration work for Bangalore (will be explained in the interview)

• Managing Reimbursement / Claims for Senior Management

• Accommodation for Relocation staff

• Any administrative work / coordination that comes up for Bangalore requires to be managed and coverage for Mumbai in absence of Mumbai admin

  

Contract duration- 12 Months

  

Must have skillset- He/ She should have good exp in managing the Travel and Calendar of senior management ( Director, ED or above) as well as exp in global travels like visa formalities, invite letter etc, Excellent written and verbal communication, go-getter, willingness to learn , good attitude & interpersonal skills.
