Job Description :

 The contingent worker will handle prompt response to agent bank’s queries via MT 199/299 during APAC/EMEA hours based in Mumbai. Job responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing & Categorizing agent bank queries received via SWIFT - MT 199/MT 299
  • Performing Business outreach internally to find the responsible team the query belongs to
  • Work collaboratively with the business unit for a prompt and a conclusive response
  • Ensuring necessary approvals from payment governance or Compliance as needed before sending a response to the agent
  • Ensuring prompt escalations and no ETA breaches set by the Agent Banks
