- Specific/ mandatory skills: End to end recruitment, sourcing, offer negotiation, networking, MS office (Excel, word), stakeholder management, good communication.

Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst supports colleagues within their function in the process of one or more of the following activities: sourcing talent either internally or externally and at any level, performing initial cv screening, arranging interviews, processing pre-employment checks and screening for new joiners, requesting references, processing employment paperwork and/or verification of qualifications, implementing the new hire onboarding strategy within best practice guidelines, talent attraction: executing employer brand strategy; and utilizing social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications to enhance the banks employer value proposition.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for overall professional recruitment delivery for the bank across India franchize
- Develop and ensure adherence to the global recruitment policies, systems and procedures, including strategies and selection techniques. Implement strategies to identify, attract and hire high quality talent
- Direct internal and external recruitment and placement activities of the company. Advises hiring managers on Recruitment processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with Function heads / hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring demand and forecast basis business needs
- Gather and analyse competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices (Market intelligence).
- Co-ordination with RPO team for sourcing
- Engaging with onshore hiring managers, guiding on India hiring processes / cultural nuances, setting expectations & tracking progress
Experience/ Exposure
- Requires experience of 2+ years in recruitment
- Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills , and strong written and oral communication skills
- Exhibit knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics
- Should have good exposure in complete recruitment lifecycle
Education/ Qualifications
- Graduate preferably with Masters in Business Administration (specializing in Human Resources)
