  • Graduates with good academic records
  • Preferably onboarding and background screening knowledge with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in Onboarding teams.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory trends and developments
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Effective communication skills – to be able to manage relationships with candidates virtually
  • Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Eye for detail and willingness to question current state practices
  • Independent, self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to use sound judgment to determine due diligence quality and if meets regulatory standards.
  • Ability to apply regulatory guidance to review process in absence of written policy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience range: 0 to 4 years

  • Maximum monthly CTC (Excluding service fees and GST): Rs.50,000
  • Contract duration: 8 months
  • Shift timings:  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Description:

The Talent Acquisition Analyst/ Enabler supports the delivery of the bank’s internal and external recruitment and internal mobility activities.

 

Responsibilities includes:

  • candidate management, the end-to-end process of Onboarding and background screening for Singapore/Hong Kong
  • Prepare documentation regarding “Red” background screening reports, shares with on shore stakeholders and follows up for approvals and next steps
  • Works in conjunction with on shore compliance teams for licensing requirements
  • Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met daily
  • Ensure factual accuracy of on boarding and background screening data maintained and distributed to various HR teams
  • Able to suggest and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with the onshore teams & be able work in agile set-up
  • Participate in regional and global projects pertaining to on boarding and background screening as and when required
