  • Executing assigned Client reporting production activities
  • Co-ordinate with Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship Managers, Data providers (Performance, Risk, Front Office) and consolidate the final client reports.
  • Preparation of Review meeting books for the performance reviews.
  • Ensure 4 eye principal is being followed in the team.
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure and document adherence.
  • Maintain up to date process manuals and process reviews.
  • Manage queries within team and resolve them with help of onshore colleagues if required.
  • Assist manager in reviewing process changes and update procedures.
  • Escalate all issues in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with departments like risk, front office, and performance measurement, IT etc.
  • Ensure teamwork culture is practiced.
  • To get involved in process improvement projects driven by the management.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • To ensure processes are performed as per defined Key Operating Processes. (KOP)
  • Contingent worker will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
  • He/she has worked on VBA Macro’s.
  • He/she needs to ensure team adherence to all cut-off times/deadlines and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs.
  • He/she should ensure that all queries/first-level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the period specified.
  • Needs to conduct checks and maintain documentation to ensure that there are sufficient records for future reference.
  • To escalates unusual activity (new client activity, slow systems, delayed approvals, deviations form KOP’).

 

Your skills and experience

  • Basic understanding of Client / Performance Reporting
  • Knowledge of German language - Minimum requirement B1, B2.2 or equivalent (Optional)
  • Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in accounting/Finance knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Sound MS Office skills in particular MS Excel & Access
  • VBA Macro and Good PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work quick and accurately, even under tight deadlines.

 

Experience/Exposure

  • Graduate with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in VBA Macro and Good PowerPoint skills.
  • Certification, Diploma or Degree in German Language. (Optional)
