This position is responsible for supporting and monitoring the safety of products released on the Global market. This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.

o Opening complaint records.
o Collecting necessary complaint information.
o Performing follow-up with the customer (written and verbal).
o Evaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrieval.
o Work with plant quality organizations and suppliers to coordinate complaint investigations.
o Ensure Response provided to customer when needed
o Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure
o Assure consistency of product complaint records
o Maintain compliance to regulations and procedures
Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred) or equivalent experience (defined as a minimum of 2 years of medical products industry experience).
