Manager/ Sr. Manager Marketing (depending on seniority):
Role Overview:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping and lead the marketing team to develop strategies that inspire target audience, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets, ensuring they resonate with our audience and support sales efforts.
- Measure and track the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring achievement of defined departmental goals.
- Ensure timely completion of individual marketing assignments with minimal revisions
- Drive the development of content and campaigns that result in qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the staffing or HR Tech industry.
- Proven experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, and campaign performance optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity and use experience of Adobe Premier Pro/ Creative Cloud is prefered
- Hubspot certifications and experience is mandatory
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
