Manager/ Sr. Manager Marketing (depending on seniority):

Role Overview:

 

  1. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping and lead the marketing team to develop  strategies that inspire target audience, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  3. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets, ensuring they resonate with our audience and support sales efforts.
  4. Measure and track the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring achievement of defined departmental goals.
  5. Ensure timely completion of individual marketing assignments with minimal revisions
  6. Drive the development of content and campaigns that result in qualified leads for the sales team.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  8. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  10. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

 

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the staffing or HR Tech industry.
  3. Proven experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, and campaign performance optimization.
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  7. Familiarity and use experience of Adobe Premier Pro/ Creative Cloud is prefered
  8. Hubspot certifications and experience is mandatory
  9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
