SEO Expert: 

 

The SEO Expert will play a key role in improving search visibility, generating leads, optimizing candidate sourcing, marketing available talent, and enhancing redeployment strategies. This role requires expertise in SEO, HubSpot, and data-driven digital marketing strategies to attract both clients and candidates while increasing online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance lead generation, candidate mining, and redeployment efforts.
  2. Conduct keyword research and optimize job postings, candidate profiles, and career pages for better visibility.
  3. Leverage HubSpot SEO tools to create and execute content strategies that improve organic traffic and engagement.
  4. Optimize website structure, meta tags, schema markup, and technical SEO elements for better indexing and search ranking.
  5. Implement local SEO strategies to attract job seekers and employers based on geographical demand.
  6. Develop and manage SEO-driven landing pages to maximize conversions and improve lead generation.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and sales teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.
  8. Utilize HubSpot’s marketing automation tools to optimize workflows, lead nurturing, and content distribution.
  9. Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, ZoomInfo and HubSpot making data-driven recommendations.
  10. Stay up to date with Google analytics and algorithm updates, HubSpot SEO certifications, and industry trends to refine strategies.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR tech industries).
  • HubSpot SEO and Inbound Marketing certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience in content marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and structured data markup.
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing, job board optimization, and candidate remarketing strategies.
  • Ability to track, measure, and optimize SEO efforts using analytics and performance data.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
