Suma : Senior Technical Recruiter as per ADP
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, evaluate, schedule interview, line up candidates and follow up on the same
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical / any job requirement / requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting external / internal client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Follow up with candidates and keep them up to date with the information
- Knowledge of various job portals and social sites e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Timely updation of various client trackers and HRTP, with 95% accuracy
- Senior Technical recruiter – Responsible for reviewing the CV’s shared by the ATR/TR and sending it to the ATL (Assistant Team Leader)/TL (Team Lead)
- Senior Technical recruiter – Assisting the ATL with any reports that need to be shared related to the respective client. Also, would act as a spoc for client communications in absence of ATL/TL and share the relevant details.
- Senior Technical recruiter - Create detailed job descriptions (if required)
- Senior Technical recruiter – Would assist ATR / TR with any HRTP related queries in absence of ATL/TL, highlight any issues to ATL/TL or above on a timely manner.
- Above all or any other requirements provided by the managers.
