Job Description
Position: Assistant Accounting Manager
Location: Remote (PAN India)
Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and supervise the existing team.
- Develop talent internally.
- Handle accounts payable and credit cards.
- Track receivables per due dates.
- Take over independent charge of US bookkeeping.
- Support in payroll processing, reconciliations, and timesheet validations for US-based consultants.
- Understanding of US taxation, payroll, and invoicing processes is a strong advantage.
- Be the first escalation point of contact for receivables follow up.
Experience and knowledge:
- Must have experience of 1 – 2 Years in Accounting in Staffing industry
- Must have experience of Quickbook.
- Must have experience of Timesheet management, invoice
- Must be very proficient in accounting
- At least working knowledge of internal audit and cost accounting.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Education Qualification - CA/ICWA/MBA
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience of staffing industry preferable.
