The Job description/ summary is as follows.

The Service Analyst works with Lending Mid office team to support them in operational activities.  The Service Analyst will not undertake any revenue generating activity. The Service analyst should be specialized in KYC procedure. Familiar with Loans and advances process, Preferable knowledge of MILES vantage system. In addition service Analyst work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. Service Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team in their client facing activities.

 

Work includes:

  • Working with the Lending team to clarify the support required
  • Partnering with sales coverage team for client service and with other business areas to both gather information and direct client enquiries. Should be well versed with the KYC requirements, handling day to day daily loan transactions like outward and inward remittances, Pledging, DE pledging and invocation of collateral securities, Supporting audit related data at adhoc level.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Loan Against Securities – Managing day to day operations, from loan booking till closure.
  • Thorough understanding of:
  • KYC (Know your customer norms)
  • Loan documentation
  • Pledge/Unpledge of securities.
  • RBI reporting - CRILIC/ RDB
  • CIC reporting
  • Loan Management System- Vantage (Miles).

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate
  • Expert in MS Excel
