Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support the execution of outsourcing transactions between group entities. This is a project-based role that involves coordinating documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s outsourcing governance framework. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the quality, timeliness, and completeness of outsourcing-related submissions and records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end documentation and tracking of intra-group outsourcing transactions
  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Vendor Management teams to collate inputs and approvals
  • Complete and maintain outsourcing risk assessments and control validation checklists, tprm.
  • Populate outsourcing templates and submission forms accurately
  • Track progress of each transaction, manage follow-ups, and escalate delays as required
  • Update the outsourcing inventory/register in line with internal requirements
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Assist in preparing presentations or summaries for governance committees, if required

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in compliance, operations, legal, or project coordination
  • Strong documentation, tracking, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with outsourcing, vendor management, or regulatory governance is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
