Description
Sales Coverage Support role typically involving providing administrative and logistical support to the Coverage team, acting as a liaison between sales representatives and clients as well as internal teams, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. This role may also involve assisting with documentation, certificate issuances, managing client queries, liaisin with internal teams for support on multiple client topics including business transactions, KYC, credit documentation, ensuring close follow ups on many tasks across teams, etc.
Key responsibilities often include:
- Administrative Support: Handling tasks such as managing client databases, processing documents, scheduling calls, and managing basic client queries.
- Client Relationship Management: Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing customer service, and addressing client inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, tracking all queries.
- Sales Process Support: Assisting with the overall sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS Word, powerpoint and excel knowledge.
- Customer service and sales support experience is beneficial.
