Job Description

Summary:

Documentation Specialist assists multiple roles within Home Loans by categorizing and labeling documentation uploaded to a loan file within the LOS. Documentation Specialist manages a document inbox for rush and/or bulk requests, and labels documents per taxonomy. Specialists ensure all documents are legible and clean to remain compliant with mortgage documentation needs. 

Functional Overview:

  • Thoroughly review incoming documentation for any potential legibility issues
  • Monitor a document inbox for bulk or rush requests
  • Will play an integral part in assisting with document management by labeling incoming documents
  • Transfer acceptable and valid documentation from a prior loan for a re-application
  • Partner with Home Loans to provide feedback via document labeling when uploaded documentation is illegible and/or further documentation is needed
  • Proactively identify document indexes and update any as needed
  • Provide management feedback when issues arise that could prevent the loan from closing on time
  • Proactively assist mortgage partners by ensuring all document labeling is completed in a timely manner

  • Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines

 Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of acceptable mortgage loan documentation
  • Strong interpretation skills for examination of documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communication skills

 

1.Years of exp-1 year exp will suffice

2.Contract duration-6 months

3.Shift timing – EMEA (2:30PM-11:30pm)

4.WFO/Hybrid - Hybrid

5.Must have skillset- Good communication skill
