Position: Senior Sourcer (6–10 years of experience)


SummaryKey Responsibilities and Candidate Profile Required:

  • Highly skilled Talent Sourcer to support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates that Recruiters may find challenging to source.
  • Proficient in leveraging multiple advanced sourcing platforms and techniques  including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Gem, and Boolean/X-ray search methods, to uncover high-quality prospects.
  • Source talent across various regions, including Southeast Asia (SEA) and beyond.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly with recruitment teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ensure alignment, and deliver quality candidate pipelines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and justify candidate recommendations to ensure suitability and market fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates
  • Agile learner with the ability to grasp internal processes swiftly.

Disqualifiers:
Candidates currently working as recruiters (i.e., those primarily handling full-cycle recruitment) are not suitable.
Candidates unable to commit to working onsite at the office for 3 to 5 days per week.

Contract Details:
Duration: 12-month contract (no obligation for renewal).

Location: Onsite, 3 days/week (Non-negotiable)

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (local time)

Interview Process: 4 rounds, including 1 onsite interview.
