Seeking a remarkable opportunity to make an impact? As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will establish a strong talent acquisition foundation and hire for client's diverse businesses and tech families regionally. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and  will work onsite in Bangalore.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Join us in strategizing and executing robust recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates efficiently. 

  • Build recruitment plans and strategies with the hiring team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process to achieve hiring goals including sourcing management.
  • Adopt strategies to solve complex recruitment situations and make informed decisions through data insights.
  • Perform hiring predominately in Malaysia and cross-country hiring globally.
  • Master our recruitment resources, tools, and channels to improve sourcing strategies; such as the use of an Applicant tracking system, PowerBI and sourcing platforms.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition programs through leading program plans and tasks. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  1. A seasoned professional with 6 - 8 years of experience in both recruitment agencies and in-house Talent Acquisition environments, specialising in tech recruitment.
  2. Skilled in interpreting complex data, identifying patterns, providing insights, and formulating effective solutions, with unwavering attention to detail.
