Onboarding Executive - Domestic
Summary:
This is a key position within the Domestic Staffing department
Key Responsibilities
- Report to ATL Onboarding for all the activities.
- Take care of all the documentation part and follow up with candidate which are assigned to them
- Make sure of keeping all data in designated folder and keep SP upto date with all details of contractors
- Finish the entire process within the given timeline
- Communicate with ATL on any issues/queries
- Follow up with every assigned consultants on timely bases every month for timesheets, holidays and leaves
- Maintain the Leave tracker for their candidates
- Help assigned contractors on any issues related to documents or timesheets
- Take care of any extensions, rate revision, resignation, termination or exit formalities of assigned contractors
- Above all or any other requirements provided by the managers.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Fluent in spoken & written English and able to take part in discussions, Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence, Understand the detail of requirement, think proactively and ability to solve the problem, should be able to work within given deadlines, Quick and Self-learner skills, self - motivated person, easily adopts to the changing environment, Good communicator especially on phone with candidates.
- Graduate, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Environment
- This job operates in a Remote environment. This role routinely uses computer equipment such as mouse, monitors, keyboards, phones, printer, scanner and headphones
