Duties & Responsibilities

  • To perform comprehensive reconciliation of Total Equity, encompassing Trade, Cash, Position, Commission, and Fees.
  • To Submit P&L and Client adjustment requests promptly and post adjustments in GMI when necessary.
  • To Investigate, follow up, and resolve breaks/issues expeditiously in collaboration with various stakeholders while conducting root cause analysis.
  • Adhere to defined Key Operating Procedures to execute tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of all assignments and promptly escalate potential risks.
  • Ensuring completeness and timely updation of process relevant documents.

 

Experience / Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Listed Derivatives/ETD, Futures & Options businesses, specifically the reconciliation function.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing applications such as GMI, Cognos, DUCO, and SharePoint would be advantageous.
  • A background in Accounting/Finance would be beneficial.
  • Capable of analysing data to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel & Access.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Capability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A team player with a flexible approach to working hours.
