Role profile:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and enhance custom business applications
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand business needs and propose optimised and efficient solution
• Automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance business processes
• Build Power BI reports to track performance indicators
• Create clear and concise technical documentation to support the development and handover of solutions

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in PowerApps/Power Automate development, building canvas and model-driven app in addition to automated flows integrated with SharePoint and Salesforce
• 2+ years of experience in any SQL based platform e.g. Snowflake, SQL server
• Experience in understanding business needs, and translating them into functional and user-friendly applications
• Experience in Customer journey, Finance automation business processes and Access Management solution
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
• Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.

Technical knowledge/skills:
• Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps (Canvas/model-driven apps) and Power Automate
• SharePoint: Lists and Libraries
• Management of SQL Relational databases (design/SQL/tuning) ie Snowflake
• CRM (Salesforce) – Object Management with understanding of Label and Field APIs
