Note:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To liase with clients on procuring documents for updating operational information for client accounts such Authorised Signatories, Limit of Authority etc, required to effect custody transactions for the clients
  • To guide the client on appropriate documents required to update the operational information and communicate effectively to resolve client queries
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the clients operational information is updated in timely manner with focus on a positive client experience
  • To undertake maker level activity for relating to updating static data in regulatory records of FPI clients as per client intimation, in timely manner and in adherence to SEBI Investor Charter timeline
  • To identify Client Fees and tag correctly
  • Supporting RTM / Client facing Teams with query resolution related to Registration and Account Opening.
  • To Support the Team Lead with Samples for Regulatory and Internal Audits, Inspections.
  • Ensure collation and data updation for Transition Activity with zero miss outs for further review by Team Leads.

 

Operational efficiency

  • All applications to be processed within TAT.
  • Escalation if any to be done in a timely manner.
  • Follow the checklists as approved by Compliance and highlight any discrepancy if found during reviews.
  • Suggest Automation to team leads, where by time can be saved and perfection can be achieved.

 

Efficient & effective coordination with all internal teams

  • Communicate and coordinate with all internal functions/stakeholders involved in the process, such as Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), DDP Support team, Client facing team (RTM), Relationship Managers, AML Officer, Compliance Officer, Sales etc.
