An HR Recruiter 2 TO 5 YEARS is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and culture.

 

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conducting Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinating the Hiring Process: Schedule interviews, gather feedback from hiring managers, and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.
Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills to evaluate candidates and make hiring recommendations.
Knowledge of Employment Laws: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
Work Environment
Typically works in an office setting, with options for remote work. Some travel may be required for job fairs or recruitment events.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Human Resources Manager or Director.
