Consultant Responsibilities

The consultant will be expected to contribute to the day-to-day execution of the POC, including:

 

  • Facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
  • Supporting solution design and collaborating with the technical team.
  • Reviewing ServiceNow incidents to identify patterns and issue types.
  • Identifying common themes and sub-themes using AI outputs and manual analysis.
  • Testing and refining the AI model for improved classification accuracy.
  • Conducting root cause analysis based on identified themes.
  • Assisting in the development of an Issue Management Framework.
  • Designing operational processes for issue creation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Defining a structured lifecycle for data issue management.
  • Establishing key metrics to monitor and measure data issues and risks.

 

Key Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of experience in business process and issue management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow, particularly incident and problem management modules.
  • Familiarity with AI and Generative AI technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct workshops and engage with senior leadership.
