Consultant Responsibilities
The consultant will be expected to contribute to the day-to-day execution of the POC, including:
- Facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
- Supporting solution design and collaborating with the technical team.
- Reviewing ServiceNow incidents to identify patterns and issue types.
- Identifying common themes and sub-themes using AI outputs and manual analysis.
- Testing and refining the AI model for improved classification accuracy.
- Conducting root cause analysis based on identified themes.
- Assisting in the development of an Issue Management Framework.
- Designing operational processes for issue creation, tracking, and resolution.
- Defining a structured lifecycle for data issue management.
- Establishing key metrics to monitor and measure data issues and risks.
Key Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in business process and issue management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow, particularly incident and problem management modules.
- Familiarity with AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to conduct workshops and engage with senior leadership.
