Job Description
To be part of Technology CAO organization in the India GC and work with employee, workplace
& risk initiatives
• Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically on daily challenges or opportunities
• Interact and coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of any issues
related to the initiatives in the areas of responsibility
• Manage any issues or escalations within the areas and resolve them by taking appropriate
systemic support as and when required
• To prepare management decks on a periodic basis to support senior management across the BU
• Coordinate and manage projects / process improvements as agreed with stakeholders by the
team
• Support inter-departmental teams for any short term projects or activities as and when
required
• Manage, track and report on projects as per agreed metrics in the team areas as required
“Must Have” Skills for this role
• 6-8 years of experience in a project management / coordinator role in Business Operations / PMO /
COO teams in MNC
• Skills and exposure to
o Dashboarding Tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc.
o Automation tools such as Python, Power Automate etc.
o Workflow tools such as UI-Path, Pega, PowerApps etc.
• Strong analytical, project management and logical skills required
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must be Organized, accurate and dependable, with ability to multi-task and be motivated to work on a
broad range of activities, from strategic through to tactical
• Maintaining exceptional quality of work produced is essential
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Anticipate issues, flag risk and communicate them proactively with stakeholders and management
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high integrity
• Bachelor’s degree essential, Management degree (MBA) optional
