Note:

  • Experience range: - 3-5 years
  • Open to considering fresher candidates (Yes/No): - Yes. Priority is for experienced candidates, but we can also review fresh grads.
  • Open to considering relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No):  No.
  • Contract duration: 8 months
  • Shift timings:  - 9 am to 5 pm
  • Number of days work from office: days from Office (Monday, Thursday and Friday)
  • Preference of hiring only diversity candidate (Yes/ No): No.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of credit documents within internal and external policies/guidelines/regulations
  • Perform independent documentation check before facility activation and during regular reviews
  • Close collaboration with front office, internal/external legal counsels and credit approvers etc. to

resolve documentation issues

  • Liaise with back office on credit operations and custody of documents
  • Management reporting on credit documentation deferrals
  • Able to identify and escalate any operational, regulatory issues and other risks to line manager
  • Support change projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned by line manager

 

Experience / Requirements:

  • At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking.
  • Conversant in aspects of credit lending and documentation
  • Meticulous to details and good analytical skills are essential
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • An independent and proactive worker with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal / written) . For candidate supporting HK, Chinese language skills is preferable.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications is a must

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Banking / Finance or any related discipline
  • Credit documentation/ credit operations experience will be highly regarded, preferably from Private Banking
