About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager from
the staffing industry to lead our client acquisition efforts across India. This role is ideal for
someone who understands the nuances of contract and permanent staAing, RPO, SOW,
and MSP-based hiring, and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.
This is a revenue-driven position, requiring strategic thinking, proactive outreach, and
impactful client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development for contract, perm, RPO, and SOW-based
staAing services.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CHROs, procurement heads, MSP
leads, business heads).
Build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve defined revenue targets.
Conduct client presentations and meetings across major Indian cities (travel
required).
Prepare compelling presentation decks and proposals tailored to client needs.
Represent eAorts and present performance data clearly to internal leadership and
stakeholders.
Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io,
or ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead tracking.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve outreach, reporting, and sales
eAiciency.
Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution
and satisfaction.
Who Should Apply:
Must-Have Experience:
3–4 years in sales or business development in the staAing industry.
8–10 years of total experience in recruitment or staAing services.
Strong understanding of the Indian market, recruitment lifecycle, and staAing
models (Contract, Perm, RPO, SOW, MSP).
Strongly Preferred:
Started career in recruitment or delivery (not mandatory but ideal).
Past experience in working with staAing companies.
Proven ability to prepare and deliver impactful client presentations.
Excellent corporate communication and negotiation skills.
Strong data representation skills for tracking performance and ROI.
Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, Lusha,
Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using AI tools for emails, proposals, reporting, and data mining.
