About the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Vadodara. If you are passionate about hunting top talent, building strong connections, and helping organizations grow, this role is for you! You’ll work closely with hiring managers and team leads to source, screen, and onboard the best technology professionals in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. 
  • Strategize and implement effective recruiting methods to attract high-quality candidates. 
  • Draft and post engaging job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other platforms. 
  • Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others to source and manage candidates effectively. 
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. 
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts. 
  • Continuously stay updated on market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be confident while interacting with both candidates and clients. 
  • Strong knowledge of ATS tools and hands-on experience with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc. 
  • Smart, hardworking, and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good understanding of recruitment policies, methods, and compliance norms. 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. 
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic technical recruitment. 
  • Experience in BFSI, IT, or technology hiring will be an added advantage.
