Position Description:

The Product Development team within Client works with the business to establish the overall strategy and priorities for the technology products and platforms.

Based on the business strategy and overall priorities, the Product Development team creates product plans including high level business requirements, cost analysis, benefits definition and an overall go to market rollout plan.

 

1. Responsible for working with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to identify the testing plan for various applications

2. Coordinates with on and offshore team members to ensure the testing process is modelled according to business rules and required practices

3. Works with Project Manager to create testing verification documents and liaise with stakeholders to ensure all scenarios are captured in the test document

4. Is responsible for tracking and log defects during execution

5. Proactively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement of the test scripts and provide feedback to the project manager

6. Work with Project Manager to draft requirements where necessary.

Skills Required:

· Knowledge of investor servicing and transfer agency processes for hedge funds and alternative investments.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools; familiarity with MS Dynamics and AI tools is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.

· Basic understanding of finance and financial markets.

Qualifications Desired:

• Post Graduate or MBA or B-tech • 3-4 years’ experience in manual or automated testing of various applications • Design test plans and testing verification documents • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates • Have a good understanding of the Software development lifecycl
