The Project Analyst will drive key components of the D&A DORA CTTP, UK CTP & CPS 230 program. This will include the tracking and reporting of key program metrics through project tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana & Clarity).

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The Project Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timely delivery of program reporting. This will include the oversight of all key/reportable milestones and status reports.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:
In order to be successful in this role, the following competencies and skills are required:
-Extensive experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana & Clarity)
- Ability to deep-dive complex program content, and effectively synthesize to the target audience.
- Self-starter with positive, proactive, assertive presence, ability to motivate and inspire and establish and maintain credibility with senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to audience and be appropriate for senior management and their teams as required.
- Strong cross functional team engagement and collaboration skills
- Demonstrates ability to deal with a rapidly changing environment and a high degree of ambiguity and to solve challenges creatively
- High level of proficiency with MS Office applications

Desired Skills:
- Broad business knowledge with a good understanding of Refinitiv, the market it competes in and its strategic objectives.
- Ability to use collaboration tools effectively as a project management and reporting channel.
- Experience in communications tools and with generating collateral.
- Willingness to work EMEA hours

Education / Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project management certificate desirable, not required.
