Equipment Management:
o Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical testing equipment, including power analyzers, oscilloscopes, and custom-built test fixtures and wiring harnesses.
o Procuring and managing necessary electronic components
• Testing & Analysis: Perform diagnostic and functional tests on electrical components and systems, using appropriate test equipment with minimal assistance.
• Soldering, Crimping & Repair: Help in repair electrical issues components, working from schematics and engineering outlines, Prepare wiring harnesses, crimping etc. Hands on doing precise soldering including TSOP packages and thorough inspection of PCB assemblies for defects
• Data & Documentation: Document test results and findings in detailed reports and records, often using electronic forms.
• Safety & Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized lab environment, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble and disassemble test units, and sometimes design and assemble necessary test fixtures or wire harnesses.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and other lab staff to improve test procedures and support hardware development projects.

Essential Skills
• Technical Expertise: Proficient understanding of electrical principles, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Instrumentation: Skilled in the operation of various lab equipment, such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic devices.
• Attention to Detail: For accurate data recording, equipment calibration, and safety compliance.
• Organizational Skills: To manage equipment inventory, maintain a clean lab, and organize test results.
• Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures for handling electrical components and chemicals.

Prefer to have B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics)/Diploma passed candidates with 3-5 years of experience and high learning agility.
