Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed) and work with developers to implement fixes.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for both on-page and content strategies.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, headers, internal linking, and landing pages for search visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, and web pages aligned with keyword strategies.
- Build authority and backlinks through ethical outreach, partnerships, and PR.
- Manage local SEO including Google My Business, citations, and reviews.
- Monitor SEO KPIs: rankings, impressions, CTR, traffic quality, and organic conversions.
Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to build effective campaigns for lead generation.
- Write and test compelling ad copies; coordinate with designers for creatives (banners, video ads, carousels).
- Implement and optimize bidding strategies (Manual, Enhanced CPC, Target CPA/ROAS).
- Set up and manage remarketing campaigns and custom audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Ensure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and CRM integration.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
- Proficiency in PPC tools: Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker dashboards.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copy, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
