Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple domestic clients.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical needs thoroughly.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and interest.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates through the selection process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily reports.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Post-graduate with 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic market preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work on multiple clients and diverse roles simultaneously.
  • Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn new technologies and hiring practices.
